David Mace is the first employee of Maverick Creative Group. He specializes in helping small businesses (and non-profit organizations) realize their vision. He does this through a facilitative work style that is motivating, informative and empowering. For anything from a cash flow projection to a marketing plan, Dave is your man. Dave has nearly 20 years experience in marketing and business development for the food, agriculture, professional service and non-profit industries. He has a bachelor's degree in finance and communication from Baker University and a Master of Agribusiness from Kansas State University. 

Bill Walton has held many key management positions within the high-tech jet aircraft and aerospace industries with the following companies: Cessna, Learjet, Falcon Jet, Midcoast Aviation, Galaxy Aerospace, Gulfstream, Standard Aero, and TECT Aerospace. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt and certified LEAN/DFSS specialist with 20-plus years’ manufacturing & industrial engineering experience, Bill has trained, designed and implemented manufacturing processes utilizing the Six Sigma tools, Toyota Production Systems, 5S, LEAN cell manufacturing, Visual Factory, JIT, Kaizen events and Kanban systems. Bill has a bachelor’s degree in industrial management from Newman University, a Master of Arts in Business from Webster University and studied total quality management (TQM) at Friends University.
